Almost certainly. He's been know to do mid-week night 200s and ride straight to work in the morning.
I did a 600 with him once up from MK to the Humber Bridge and back. He took me to the freakiest cafe I've ever seen, which was, he said, his favourite. They had Gollywogs for sale. Very odd. The customers looked like the occupants of Royston Vasey.
