Why scan slides. Not even a 4K projector and the best scans from slides can compete with projecting them with a cheap slide projector.. and really good used slide projectors are available for the price of a couple of rolls of film and developing (my favorites in the current market are Leitz Pradovit CA-1500/2500)...
