Bristol-playing criteria would leave it open to twenty-odd teams though. I think 10 is a realistic maximum.
I dislike bench format, and don't see how it makes for more court-time. There's still only six people on court at any one time...
1 team per scene could be good, at least to start with, then open it up for bigger scenes to send more or people to join up in mixed-scene teams.
