While you're at it, I would value any advice about taping up a shoulder with an AC disruption; cycling with it is easy but running is going to shake it about a b it. Also how best to modify breathing technique to cope with a fractured rib. Going to run, no question about it, only issue is how.
So I taped up the shoulder and banged out 6k at lunchtime. 27 minutes, or 7mins 18 seconds per mile. Nothing to boast about but I´ll settle for it in my current condition. Shoulder fine, rib not tearing hole in lung.
