Got roped into signing up for the Dalsnibbe duathlon (you know who you are).
Plan to lose weight, run further, and do 7km laps around my house, which include a steep 1km climb. After a days skiing with the kids, thighs throbbing from constantly having to slow the insane 3 year old. Last night I decided to get started. Stupid idea. Legs where rubbish.
