Wow, the tournament calendar is getting full, same weekend as Manchester.

Sunny, beautiful Manchester.

Gdansk moved to 23-24 as well now, for a triple header of tournaments that weekend.
Hamburg Arena tournament, September 7-8. I didn't make it last year, really regret it, sounds like it was really good, all the top German teams were there.
I'm in for sure.

If you are interested in whether the worlds are in Milwaukee or Fort Lauderdale, now is your time to comment:
http://leagueofbikepolo.com/forum/tournaments/2013/02/22/whbpc-2013-discussion
In terms of cost, Milwaukee (via Chicago) is about £750, Chicago (90 mins away) is £600, Fort Lauderdale (via Chicago) or Miami (direct) are about £650 (all with BA).
Milwaukee is 3 courts, FTL is anything up to 7.
Otherwise both bids are pretty similar.
FTL court is about 30 minutes drive from the beach, and other facilites, so a car is probably required, in MKE everything seems fairly close.
Personally I'm happy to go to either, I'd like to see both at some point in my life.

There are buses from Chi to MKE.
MKE is a way, way cooler than Ft Lauderdale.

Toronto this weekend.
I'm playing as "It's Magical" (not my choice), with Krist "emoxfag" and his girlfriend Nicole.

Ha...so are the dragon slayers! Is Max's bench team on tour?
-
• #999
Fort Lauderdale wins!
So who's going to go (I imagine whoever wants to go, can, based on the last years, and that it will almost certainly be bigger).

Glad the bid process is over - preferred MKE but understand why there was a tide of belief/support for FL.
5G will be there.
Ow.
