  • Feeling really tired after 2 8k runs yesterday think I went a bit hard as both were around 35 minutes...

    10k today and tomorrow and then some laps of Richmond park on saturday - unless I need to go househunting again :(

    Next week my 10ks become 12ks so I need to keep getting fater or it'll take forever to get to work!

    That's quite a punishing schedule - what is your plan up to race day?
