In a couple weeks I'll be back doing a physical job, while having to cut and train hard both for a wrestling comp and a climbing trip.
I'm competing at 81kg at the end of April so I have to be that weight by then but I want to be able to train as much as possible on the run up. The plan is to use ECA on the days when I'm struggling. I have around 8 weeks to lose 5kg, which is a pretty reasonable time frame to do so with just a decent diet plan.
