But who is going to pay for it?
Anyone who has the motivation to obtain a whole bunch of 6k+ bikes, then take them to a decent wind tunnel and test them scientifically is going to want fairly significant remuneration for said activity.
If Cervelo does it then when I read the results I accept that there will be some bias.
Tour magazine will want to not upset potential/current advertisers, so there will be less pronounced bias (I assume) but there will be some.
What independent body would have the time, funds and resources to do this sort of test, that we would trust?
The UCI?
