Audax rides

I rode the Gospel Pass 200km yesterday - http://www.aukweb.net/perms/detail/SP21/ - It's an amazing route, the bit over the actual pass between Llantony and Hay-on-Wye would have the be described as 'rugged', I nearly felt compelled to pull over a write some poetry at times.

Easy to start and finish via train from London, I'd ride it again...

I did crash on some black ice though so now have a big crack in my helmet and can't move my neck, aside from that it was a brilliant day out.
