So the MBA is the lesser of the two models that came out late 2008, part # MB543LL/A.
1.6 GHz Core 2 Duo, 2 GB RAM, 120 GB (mechanical) HDD.
Really, it depends what you're wanting it for. I think it'd do fine for general office and home work, that sort of thing. I'm sure everyone on this thread could offer a opinion.
