Regal

Planned to build the IALP this evening. JIS / ISO taper and BB length fail stopped me at square one. Here is a mock up from the parts bin anyway.

The chainring and cog combo will be iterated to find a quasi-magic gear.
Also there is no clearance for a 25c rear tyre!

The wheelbase on this is absurd. I love it. I think.
