  • i found porridge went all watery with soy milk, as compared to the oats blending in with dairy. It's as if the oats didn't soak up the milk when I cooked it. I'd like to use soy or non dairy milk, it is the last step for me in being vegan as I don't much like cheese, but porridge with a banana and a little maple syrup is my winter staple brekkie. Any advice?
