Amazing what a little sunshine can do for this old bird!
I finally managed a run with the Club and whilst it was slow one with the 'one hour run' group it felt great. I really must remember sunshine doesn't necessarily equal heat and windproof gloves are better than woolly ones.
Food, shower, short kip then bike cleaning.
