rude traffic warden who wouldnt even listen to what i was asking - just issued the ticket- even though i had bought the visitor parking permit, filled in my reg but missed the zone bit, instead of pointing and shouting zone zone in my face, just explain to me in a decent manor that i addressed you...twat
