I havnen't needed the new cogs yet, so sorry can't say, but the idea makes a lot of sense. I would wait for the answer from Paul, and if they say they should work fine I would tap them out on the BB cup then try them on the hub. Looks like you have the basic steel cog (which are the same ones I have) so there is no coating on the threads as Will warns about. I suspect it will be fine, but would wait for the answer from Paul then proceed carefully. Good luck.
