I can see this generating a huge amount of interest in your products at NAHMBS, really hope this helps your business become the huge success it deserves to be

It's nice of you to say...but it 'deserves' to be in the gutter. The only reason it hasn't become a huge success is because of me.
I plan to change that this year.

Well the bike is now on it's way to NAHBS, ready for the show in 2 weeks.
I've seen a quick shot of it fully built, with all the bags fitted and it looks great. It'll be nice to see it on Rob's stand along with his amazing new TT bike and curvy tube twenty niner, plus a couple more road bikes. The photos from the professional shoot should also go up on Rob's site after NAHBS, but here's a couple of them which show the quality of Rob's detail work.
Sorry if they're a bit too big.http://www.englishcycles.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/English_Cycles_014_2694.jpg

I'll keep an eye on all the usual NAHBS videos to see if this little beauty features at all.

just seen this thread. Epic doesn't even cover it! And the custom bags you've made look stunning, not to mention being able to put the whole thing in a suitcase sized contained. FML...
Looking forward to seeing full bike pics-enjoy the maiden expedition when you get it.

Hey BRP, was thinking about Alfine + Belt drive but I'd heard the hub doesn't like the high tension the belt requires (the Trek District Alfine BD model a few years back was meant to be problematic). I know you specked the front hub sprocket as backup but wondered if you/Rob had perhaps heard otherwise? Love the bike btw
