Wired to Wireless upgrade costs ~£450.

The £80 you are thinking of is the ANT+ updater which is a single-use device that updates their older wireless hubs to ANT+ so they can be used with ANT+ HR and cadence sensors.

Follow on question...anyone want to buy a wireless CycleOps head unit dirt cheap??
