It is the Tundra, based upon a 343 platform.
Volvo didn't like it. Bertone had previously sold the same design to Reliant, who produced at least 4 cars.

Interesting, the Citroen looks the most well-resolved of the designs, and the most natural evolution of their previous cars.
Ironic that it was meant to be a Volvo initially, therefore.
