I mean. I might just think "fuck it, I'll go on the drops and hoods". It's only a first try right?

6pt refused to use aerobars last season, and he's pretty cool.
I, however, will take any advantage i can get (apart from using one of those variable gear thingies)

On the drops, elbows at 90 degrees, GO!
Didn't do this guy any harm

Nat. Champs are dual reg'd so CTT + BC, hence UCI applies.
Not all of them.
These were just examples anyway. Basically for club events I've not heard of anyone being stopped for riding dodgy bikes.

So Men's is 40-50k.
The other Champs (100mi, 12hr, 24hr, etc) don't come under the same rules. They're just CTT I think.

I've not given the ones I got off Sam a go yet.. If I don't have enough time to spend getting my position comfortable on them I'm not going to bother with them. This Wheelers TT is just a toe in the water for me, plus if you move to aero bars later, you can only get faster.

Nothing wrong with a bit of drop action.. apols for the image of the fat fuck..

Always worth doing your first TT without arrobars, means you're pretty much guaranteed a PB next time.

Are the Westerley 10s an open or a club event?
-
• #3687
I rode TTs on the road bike last year, will do the same this year.
Not worried about beating others records*, so chasing mine on the roadbike is enough.*Wouldn't get near them.

Looks like one of those "what's wrong with this position" pictures you get in coaching manuals.

CTT doesn't care where your marbles are
Lost by the looks of most CTT competitors

Club. I think anyone can enter.

Don't you have some training wheels, sorry, stabilisers to fit?
This thread is kind of aimed at people who ride their bikes.. -

Done that a few times with Brave. It is a brilliant little event. Will be there as well I hope.
Hopefully see you there then Jamie.
One question, do you have to do one form for each rider and pop then in the same envelope?

Sam, yeah. It's a pain but you both fill out a form, and each of you add the others name to the Team section (just below the Event Info)

That'd be quite nice if I could.
