Did a half-marathon on trails this morning. Not a fast time, even by my standards, but I feel good now. I think my pacing and breathing are getting better. After my first half I was limping for days. But I've just had a shower and I'm now going to wander into town to do some errands. This is good news, but I'm still gonna be screwed for next month's marathon!
