I saw that and thought the same about the sports field. But pushed it for first mile or so compared to when I ran the route before, times are within the realms of possibility though, I've run a sub 40 10k (just 39:48) but that was in 2007 and I'm not getting any younger, but we can't give up trying to keep the times nice and respectible can we? If Strava want to me a 'boost' for next session I take it :)
