when you talk about FD, I am at a loss, what does that stand for ?
Front dérailleur. If you had one, you'd need to adjust it if you changed the BB spindle length, and you might run out of adjustment if you changed it too much.
If you change the BB spindle length on a single sprocket bike, whether it's fixed, singlespeed or hub-gear, you change the chainline. There's a whole thread devoted to getting that sorted.
