  • On the subject of Porlex's what is everyone's preferred number of clicks back from fully tightened for a fine espresso grind?

    This will surely vary depending on the beans you're using.

    Do you weigh in and out? I've never used Porlex for espresso but I imagine there's a recommended starting point (couple of clicks?), then after weighing a few shots you can adjust grind/dose/time to meet the desired output.
