Ignore those, they're codswallop. For this build you need a BB from his diffusion range Khris Cing. They're all the rage with celebrity cyclists like Wok Gan and Pat Butcher off the telly. For your shape a 32" inside leg should do it, creased not greased. Anyone who advises grease is pulling your knicker elastic. Don't forget to show an expression of deep concentration when you install it - bieks is science lad.
