Lot of bedwetting going on in this and other clothing threads
Alot of this depends on what you want from a shoe, and how much you pay for it. The DZR's arent supposed to be fit and forget and designed to outlast you, if they were people would complain about the price.
I've got a pair of ovis' had them over two years, sole unbonded on one side, cracked the other sole base plate in two, but I still like them and would buy another pair. If you have issues with the build quality speak first to the shop you bought them from and then if that response isn't good enough go straight to source..
They aren't as far as I know promoted as bombproof cycling shoes, just as a recreational cycling shoe that looks good, that you can walk in and don't make you look like douche when off the bike, that they don't meet upto the exacting requirements of many here doesn't make them a bad shoe or manufacturer, and since most of the alternatives mooted look gash in comparison they still rate highly in my opinion..
I'm going to try some of the chrome midway pro's as they look like a good alternative and the new DZR H2O's look real nice as well.. And it's time someone tried to make a more casual shoe that was more water resistant than current models..
