St David of Beckham has put himself outside the realms of human criticism by donating his salary to charity. Who dare criticise such a selfless and generous person? He is certainly not your average greedy footballer out to make as much money as he can, exhibit a, he does not keep his salary.
Brand Beckham is now your perfect brand ambassador and european companies will collectively pay many multiples of the foregone salary to jump on bandwagon beckham as a result. Kaching £€$.
Remember that global image rights are paid to the image holding company in an offshore account, should any be found taxable under french law then this can probably be offset by the charitable donation so don't even bother going after the soon to be cannonised one. Keep your greasy badly washed french paws off St David and do not dare to criticise him.
