Yes for all those who commit a crime, let the same sentence stand against each man. For when a riot happens the murder, the rapist and the petty thief shall all stand together as brothers and solemnly accept their equal sentences.
EDIT: I cannot believe he's fucking banging on about equality and fairness. I can barely breathe through all the hypocrisy!
