Ive got clearence similar to yours with my omniums, never deflected enough to hit the stay. Depends how stiff your BB area and cranks are. Squeeze it with yoru hand towards the stay and see if you can close the gap, if you can, you should worry, if you cant, worry a little bit and be hopeful you get away with it.
