    one thing I learnt yesterday, is the importance of getting enough sleep prior to rides.
    The past week I've been going to bed far too late, and between 50-100k I was literally almost nodding off on the bike, and my legs felt like lead. A coffee perked me up for the rest of the ride thankfully.
    If it was a 300 or 400 i imagine I'd be in trouble later on...
