its a cinelli LA 84, its they way they look, thats the 1984 olympic deal.

Surely on an LA84, the descending angle of the first part should be less steep the ascending angle of the second part.

One of those times where a -17deg stem looks very misplaced. Yoga + slamthatstem or just use a regular -6deg.
