Rat Bikes! Pub Bikes Beaters! Frankenbikes!

There's a guy I sometimes see around NuXgate that has this mtb with forks with a bend forwards just below the crown of about 60 degrees. Negative trail and the contstant worry that it all could snap any minute, while traffic jamming on the A2, must keep him on his toes. I have to get a picture!

surely grime that thick could be damaging his frame and at the very least, reducing the life-span of his parts?

You're right, you're absolutely right. There's nothing clever or sensible about leaving your bike like that, but then again there's nothing sexy about being clever and sensible.
