Paid for some rims here back in early December but still no joy... He's part of the polo crowd in Bilbao and we have some mutual friends so I can't believe he's trying to fuck me over... Has stopped replying to PMs or FB messages...
Avoid neberabaltz!

Has he allegedly posted them, or don't you know?
Who knows? Slacker fixie skidder type... I'll find out soon enough...
-
• #2488
Could he not have fucked up the address or something; would it not be worth it making an inquiry with Royal Mail or applicable postal service?

planet X haven't been very helpful to me this week. i was looking for some forks for my61cm batavus - approximately 220mm of steerer. bought a pair of Columbus thron forks. they were supposed to have 220mm steerer. the ones that came had 180mm steerer. then i sent them back (took them ages to refund me the 5.60 postage) and tried to exchange to a pair of tange chrome forks which were supposed to have 245mm of steerer. on the exchange form i stated if they weren't 220mm or over i'd like a refund not an exchange. they emailed me to tell me that they had a 200mm steerer and asked if they would do. then dispatched them before i replied, the ones that came had 200mm of steerer. so i'm sending those back tommorow. and buying some from a forum member.
they didn't change the advertised steerer lengths for a few days so i suspect others will have the same problem.
rant over. they've been good to me in the past. but wasn't impressed by this mess. -

Planet-x's issue is how much fucking stock they have. They don't have clue.
I've found the CS to be excellent, they make mistakes but have always been more than helpful in sorting them. -

on the positive side, next day postage is good for free!

Khe khem...
I'd like to put myself on bad traders list because of my last two trades with these two fellow forumengers: Seskin Hill and Fin de Cycle.
Big apologies from me to both of you guys.
The items you bought from me are now shipped, but I was delaying to post them because of the issues I explained to you in my personal letters to both of you.Hope you understand.
The photos of the cheques will be sent to both of you as evidence today in a couple of hours.

If there is one more incident involving Cipo, and if anything he sells is cross-posted to retrobike, then let me know.
I will ban him.
Having looked at his past posts, yeah I'm not seeing the love either. Either he can step up and abide by the rules, or frankly he can leave as I'm not sure anyone here would shed a tear.

The clue is in the nickname as it were.
greasy cyclo-douche.
doesn't dicki own that very bike?
edit: black decals.
mine is one of cipo's, possibly that very one re sprayed and puppy killed ( i see cable guides ) but i am sure no one would be that silly with a dremel ... looks like he might have vertical drops in the photo too mine are track ends
I wouldn't bank on anyone owning a hybrid to service / care for it properly.
