I did, but the fucker did naff all. TBH the slack always looks worse in pictures for some reason. I have ridden this for ages and had no surprises, yet.

The old commuter with stem, drops and saddle from the deceased Schwinn. Shame about the tensioner but the dropouts dont allow much adjustment . Rides pretty fast with the big campag ring.
