I don't know your financial situation, but I'd wait for a dedicated film scanner. I spent monies on flatbeds and always regretted it. It's buy cheap, buy twice, at least for me.
Or get it for 80 as an intermediate solution that'll sort you out until you can afford a proper scanner, then sell if for hopefully close to or even 80. You might like it enough to keep it, if not, hopefully just hassle rather than money wasted.
