Of course it will help the sport and is therefoire a good thing but it is still an example of the outrageous hypoocracy of Armstrong that he vilified others for breaching the omerta but as soon as it suits him he is willing and ready to do the same.

So when are you going to break the omerta that covers up the hedonism and debauchery of the reinsurance business? The rumours that leak out make my toes curl.
