He's going to go in on USA Cycling; there were lawsuits from at least two other junior riders that were in his training group in early 90's that Chris Carmichael doped without their knowledge with testosterone, cortisone etc. and had terrible reactions. USAC settled in 2006 and Carmichael paid out in 2001.
There was an Olympics-driven doping program in US cycling way before the TDF reared it's head so I think he'll deliver a bit of a history lesson before getting to his own story.
