been following this thread with interest over the last few weeks, just haven't gotten round to posting....
training for an ironman in june so getting back into running after a bit of IT band issues that were knocking me out for a few weeks at a time. got a foam roller and even tho it hurts it seems to be doing the trick. hope to start upping my mileage now.
got marathon in april too so working towards that.
currently knocking 5k's at 21:XX hope to get that down to sub 21 in the next month or so.
will be posting more now that i'm back running. if you fancy hill reps round north london let me know...
