eBay and Craigslist finds

Didn't know where else to put this:

I bought a headset from this guy, http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/pete3761/&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2754 and to be sure I specifically asked to the size.
When it showed up it was however the wrong size and I complained instantly.
The seller then apologised and offered me a full refund (minus shipping), but instead of having me return the headset, he proposed that I just kept it to sell on and make a little profit to compensate for his mistake.
That's pretty damn good form there.
