I broke up a used 52 cm Bob Jackson bike with Phil Wood wheels, Sugino 75 drive train and Cinelli bars and stem for £600 or so.

Rule of thumb is that if you ride it, that's 50% off what you paid for it unless something incredibly desirable.

Seems very reasonable. Fuck knows what BLB would charge for a frame with decent parts.
