Glad to find a Gin appreciation thread on here.
Although I swear by both, I tend to prefer Sapphire to Hendricks. Maybe my palate isnt refined enough to appreciate the subtleties :-). Gordon's will do if whatever boozer I'm in doesn't stock anything else, which is fairly common.
Friends and family seem to think I'm odd ('thats a womans drink!') but fuck it, I'd rather enjoy a good G/T over their Lidl Vodka & Redbull any day! :-)
