Surprised at the level of support for that, here. I find riding fixed complements running well - high cadence good for both.
At this time of year I struggle to get out there and run, especially when it's dark and/or cold during the week. Biking to/from work helps but running is more intensive for me and that's suffered as a result. I ride SS but try to incorporate sprint sections on a clear stretch when it's safe to do so.
