Trufax. I base my entire TT on struggling my balls off on the uphill and then spinning 53/11 all the way down the hill at 48mph. The only way i can see an improvement in time is by getting faster up hills, which isn't going to happen - i like hangin out with Iain in the gym and wearing muscle mary t-shirts.
but the 45mph+ on the way home outweighs the 18mph speed dips on the way out, no?
