I dropped some very heavy handed hints to my mother that I'd like some trainers that were very similar to the ones I had already, but were half price on Wiggle. (Sorry, that's probably not terribly helpful; though if you've found ones that work well sticking with what you know seems to make sense.)
I am so buoyed by my running experience tonight I'm going to sign up for the 16 mile Breakfast Run. I even had a stupid grin on my face running up College Rd.
