  • Any recommendations for a training program to get me running longer distances?
    Just getting back into it, 5k is fine for me but would love to do a half marathon later in the year.
    Currently do an hour of circuit training 6 days a week so don't really have that much time to dedicate to running and don't want to over stretch myself. Not overly bothered about getting fast, just going further.
    Managed about 12k in one hit last year shortly after first starting to run but it knackered me for a week!
