Really looks like a scam site.

No support page, no contact address. In the T&Cs it lists a generic address in Plymouth, at the same address Google tells me there is also http://www.cogs-bikes.com/ but they too look dodgy as hell.

I'd steer clear.

Just seen this. I bought a few things from Cogs over Christmas as my Dad gave me a gift voucher for them. They are based under the MoneyCentre near the hideous Drake Circus shopping centre in Plymouth.
Nice chaps and good stuff, if a little understocked in sizes (only S and XL in gloves, bibs, jerseys, etc). I can't comment on Koo though.
