On the subject of the map, which I always found really useful, a quick check before I headed out the door to make sure I didn't retag anything. Can we organise a way of people getting it up to date, rather than rely on one person to do it, which makes our lives easier but invariably means it will stop being updated as despite the best will in the world, life/work/family will get in the way.
I propose that we (lovers of the bike tag game) figure out where we are upto in terms of the map tags, organise a list of the unlisted tags, and take an arbitary number, 5 or 10 or some other number and each then update the map, bringing it up to date and back into useful working order.
Once it is up to date, those who grab a tag, take on the responsibility of updating the map with the tag they have found.
Is that doable? Would people commit to this, could it be added to the rules, and be one of the few that people have to adhere to?
