Despite managing to run three times over the holiday (including xmas day and new year's day which were both great, especially the latter cos it was a beautiful morning in the Dales) I'm back in London and discovered on Friday I've lost 30 secs/mile from my pace over the usual 5k route. This is shit.
Couldn't motivate myself to make the Regent's Park 10k this morning (last chance of a lie-in before back at work tomorrow), but determined to get out sometime today.
In other news, I was having a look at potential half marathons and discovered there's an East London one, April 14th starting from West Ham Park. I've entered, thought others might be interested.
