If size is really important I'd get a Fujifilm Tiara
Or an XA2 if you don't mind having to to a tiny bit of zone focussing. They're both very small. But if you want thin, which is more pocketable then small and fat IMO, look for a Konica Big Mini (cheap) or Ricoh GR1 (more expensive, but better).
