have you done all the normal shit like iced it/ immersed in hot water,
checked the state for obvious damage post running or activity/ covered with ibroprufen gels etc?
if youre not an a/e job, get on to physio friends, or get on that internet for youre local experts to arrange meeting.i avoid reading web pages just goes on for ever (bit like forums....)
